Erik is an entertainment industry executive based in Los Angeles. Since 1996, Erik has called LA his home. His career to date has included talent management, rights administration, content creation, exploitation, business management, asset valuation and consulting. Erik led the financial and sales teams of several successful acquisitions in the entertainment space, ranging from $2MM to $30MM in size.
In 2012, Erik founded USA Media Rights, Inc. where he serves as President & CEO. Erik has been a guest speaker for the Entertainment Studies Division at UCLA, as well as a panelist and moderator for industry panels and conferences, including Digital Entertainment World 2017 and 2018 (Los Angeles) and Asker Music Expo (Norway) in 2019.
Erik is currently a board member of the Norwegian Seamen’s Church in Los Angeles / San Pedro.
Asbjorn Egir, Norwegian born and raised, currently works as Business Process Analyst at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, and he holds a position as Adjunct Faculty teaching Organizational Behavior at the College of Business Administration. He also serves as the Co-Chair for the Global Leadership Initiative at the College of Business Administration.
The last 15 years, Asbjorn has worked as a management consultant doing organizational development, change, and implementations. His industry focus has mainly been oil & gas, It, and government.
He holds an undergraduate degree in market communications and a graduate degree in organizational psychology and leadership from BI Norwegian Business School. Research interests include change management, organizational development, teams, and strategic implementations.
Asbjorn currently lives in Irvine, California with his wife and two girls, Eleanor and Emma.
Rose-Linn is a financial professional with more than 20 years of comprehensive international and domestic experience across the corporate financial landscape for global leaders such as Warner Bros., PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Production Finance for Crown Media/ The Hallmark Channel in Los Angeles, and she spent 15 years at Warner Bros. US and London, mainly as their Director of Finance for Europe, The Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, she worked at PwC in Vancouver and KPMG in Montreal, and she is a Canadian Certified Public Accountant.
Rose-Linn leverages extensive knowledge of management accounts, corporate governance, M&A/JV integrations, FP&A, start-ups, closedowns, financial ethics and general accounting principles as they relate to industries including entertainment, technology, manufacturing and consumer products.
Melinda Victoria Elvenes is a commercial model & actress.
She started her international modeling career in the midst of her reign as Miss Universe Norway (Frøken Norge) in 2010, later to find that acting would be her calling.
Melinda is currently starring in the Netflix Original Series "Styling Hollywood" alongside power couple Jason Bolden and Adair Curtis.
Majoring in Performing Arts in Senior High, she later went on to attain a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies. During her time at University College, she volunteered at a women's shelter, as well as work with Norway’s leading talent and production company, SB Productions.
In 2010 Elvenes competed in, and won the Frøken Norge competition. That same year she participated in the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas.
Realizing what opportunities there were outside of Norway, Melinda moved to New York in 2012 to pursue a modeling career.
Her client list is long, and her face can be seen in commercials running all over the world. She is represented by talent agencies LoveStone Agency in Los Angeles, and TFM in Oslo.
In addition to modeling and acting, Melinda has always exhibited exceptional people and logistical planning skills. In 2013 she accompanied Norwegian musical sensation, Nico & Vinz, to shoot the music video for their world hit single, “Am I Wrong” in Botswana - this time showcasing her talents behind the camera, as co-producer. The video has close to 400MM views on YouTube to date, and demonstrates the vast range of skills within her repertoire.
In 2014 Melinda left New York for Los Angeles where she currently works and resides.
Bergitte joined the Board of Directors of NACC LA this spring after her move from San Diego to Los Angeles. After finishing her MBA in International Business in San Diego, she worked in marketing. Bergitte worked as a marketing director before she decided to start up her own marketing company. Currently, she works marketing for small businesses and start-up organizations where she focuses on strategic planning and executing social media campaigns. Bergitte divides her time between Los Angeles and her hometown Mandal (Norway).
Bergitte also has a background working in project management and received a second Master’s degree in Project Management and Supply Chain Management. She spent several years working in the oil industry in Norway, and was responsible for the economy in major drill-equipment projects, in Norway, the US, and South Korea. Bergitte is also an avid animal lover and has spent the past years volunteering for different animal organizations and dog rescues, which led to her new addition to her family: Timothy (a rescue dog from Thailand).
Audun was born and raised in Oslo, Norway and came to California in 1987. He has lived and worked in Orange County since.
Audun has been working in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry since 1988 and is currently working for Marriott International as a General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Irvine Spectrum.
Audun has also been involved in supporting the Norwegian Seamen’s Church Los Angeles / San Pedro, Nansen Field, the Norwegian Fish Club and now as a board member of NACC LA.
